Cottages rented for 5 or more nights require a $200.00 deposit for each cottage rented, which is due within 10 days after the reservation is made to guarantee the reservation.  All other reservations are guaranteed with the receipt of a deposit of the first night's rate for each cottage. 

Check-in is 3pm.  Check-out is 11am. (unless previous arrangements have been made)

There is a $25.00 charge per night for each extra overnight guest.  All cottages are not to exceed the maximum occupancy per cottage.
